Description of Services:
This Program is designed to help children and families from the pre-natal stage to six years of age. The goal of the Program is to ensure equitable access to resources, support, and knowledge for Métis families so that their children have the best possible opportunity to thrive.
The Program offers preparation for parenting and pre-natal and post-natal care. The goal is to assist all Indigenous families in providing an environment for the healthy development of children through home visits, service coordination, and referrals. The Program which provides support for children at risk is voluntary and open to any Indigenous family who requests the service
