Family health team providing primary health care. Services include routine health exams, chronic disease management, urgent care, medication reviews, mental health counselling, foot care and nutritional counselling.

We are a primary health care organization that includes a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropodist, dietitian, pharmacist, social workers, respiratory therapists, along with nursing and reception staff at 6 locations in the Leamington and Kingsville areas.
