Day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia, in a safe and stimulating group setting * helps to support family care partners who provide day-to-day care

2 locations: Chatham and Wallaceburg
full-time support
activities that promote self-esteem
nutritious meals and snacks
medication support
personal care assistance
monthly activity calendar
respite for caregivers
monthly wellness monitored by our Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
foot care provided by our RPN Samantha Vadovic (samantha@justasck.ca)
