Description of Services:

Shared space centre with a focus on healthy food programs * provides community meals, cooking and gardening programs and a weekly access market

Meetings:

Monday Night Dinner - Mon 5:15pm-6:30pm

60 plus Midweek Lunch Out - Every Wed from 11:30am-1pm, a lunch followed by a light program such as a short film, a presenter, cooking demonstration, etc

Wellness Breakfast - Every Thu from 8:30am-9:30am * optional yoga session 8-8:30am
