Description of Services:
78 nonprofit seniors and special needs apartments * 23 designated accessible units, however entire building is wheelchair accessible * 25 to 30 Supportive Care Housing units administered through the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) and Participation Lodge
Wellness Support Program - Seminars on health and nutrition, wellness activities
Social Program - Cards, worship services, resident meetings, movie nights and various local entertainment coordinated by tenant volunteers
Meal Plan - Operated through the on-site restaurant
Corbet Place - 24-units offered through life-lease for adults 55 and older * 1050 1st Ave W, Owen Sound
