Description of Services:
Education, awareness programs and resources for health care providers on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias

Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) - Offers 7 hours of dementia care training to long-term care staff which focuses on the meaning behind responsive behaviours and strategies to manage behaviours

LIFE Experience (Living Inside the Frail Elderly) - Hands-on sensitivity training for long-term care staff  and community support agency staff members

Public Education Presentations - Education and awareness presentations designed for the General Public

Finding Your Way - Education and awareness presentations designed for the General Public in relation to wondering, way finding and safety in and about the Community. Presentations and training available to First Responders and Emergency Services.
