Education, support, advocacy, social recreation and health care system navigation for persons living with dementia, their care partners and family members. Dementia education for professionals and the general public.
Support Groups and Individual Support - Support groups and individual support for care partners and family members of persons living with dementia
Education Programs and Resources - Dementia education for care partners both in groups and individually * programs for persons living with dementia * education for professionals and the general public * lending library
Dementia Friendly Communities - For businesses and organizations to learn how to support someone living with dementia * training is individualized to meet the needs of each business/organization
Social Recreation Programs - Group therapeutic recreation programs and in-home recreation for persons living with dementia and their care partners
Assists people living with dementia and their families. Increases health professionals’ knowledge of dementia, improving assessment and disease management.
