Description of Services:
Volunteer supported meal and transportation services to adults with disabilities and seniors within the City of London
Hot meals delivered daily Mon, Wed and Fri 11am-1:30pm * weekend meals delivered chilled on Fri * frozen meals delivered weekly on Thu * special diet types and texture modifications available
Short term caregiver relief, recuperation, seasonal or long-term assistance available * no long-term contract required

Daily Meal Program

Wheels for Wellness
Non-emergency transportation to local essential appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals * volunteer drivers * wheelchairs cannot be accommodated * service available Mon-Fri only * must be able to get in and out of a vehicle on their own and left on their own
Meals on Wheels London offers nutrition (hot, chilled or frozen meals) and transportation services to medical related appointments for adults with disabilities and seniors.
