Stroke Survivor & Caregiver Resources
Healthline Stroke Resources Micro-Site
The Healthline is a online database of health and community services. It contains a smaller site on stroke resources. A series of question guides stroke/TIA survivors and caregivers to the services they need.
There are two Stroke Resources Micro-sites serving the Southwest Stroke Region: one for residents of the Erie St. Clair LHIN (Windsor-Essex, Sarnia-Lambton, Chatham-Kent), and one for the South West LHIN (Grey-Bruce, Huron, Perth, London-MIddlesex, Elgin, Oxford, West Norfolk). Links to to the individual healthlines are below.
