Multilingual Stroke Prevention Brochures
The Southwest Stroke Region (LHINs 1 and 2) is home to people from a variety of cultural backgrounds with an array of language needs. The Heart and Stroke Foundation (HSF) has produced brochures in several, but these do not include several languages highly represented in our region The Southwestern Ontario Stroke Network created stroke prevention brochures in these key languages to serve residents in this region.
These brochures were created in languages for highly represented cultural groups in the Southwestern Ontario Stroke Networks as identified by public health units from across both LHINs. They are intended to be printed on standard 8.5 x 11 (letter) sized paper. They are placed here in alphabetical order.
The Heart and Stroke Foundation (HSF) has created resources in several languages. These are available on the HSF web site (you may need to scroll down).
