Webinar Series: Case-Based Education # 6

You are invited to join us for the 6th Installment of the Case Based Stroke Series

 This is a dynamic case-based discussion education series showcasing recent complex and “not-so-straight-forward” stroke patients as experienced by local physicians

Objectives:
1.Increase evidence-based stroke best practice implementation through discussion of assessment and management of local cases
2.Identify gaps in patient care pathways and propose more standardized approaches
3.Develop a network to support practice improvements and improve collaboration/communication amongst Designated Stroke Centres
